How to shop?

Shopping in our store is super easy – you’ll be done in just a few steps!

👤 With or without an account

You can shop comfortably without creating an account.

If you do create an account, you’ll be able to:

  • track your orders,
  • keep an overview of your payments,
  • save your details for future purchases.

1️⃣ Find items & add them to your cart

Browse our categories or use the 🔍 search at the top of the page.

Click “Add to cart” to add a product. You can keep browsing and collect as many items as you like.

You can always see your current total in the cart icon in the top right.

2️⃣ Review your cart

Click the 🛒 icon to open your cart. There you can:

  • change quantities or remove items,
  • enter a discount code,
  • review the total price.

If everything looks good, click “Continue”.

3️⃣ Choose shipping & payment

Select your preferred shipping method and payment method. All options are shown with their prices.

💡 Tip: If you pay by bank transfer, please send the payment right after placing your order. We reserve your items for 10 days.

Then click “Continue” to move on.

4️⃣ Enter your details

Fill in your billing address – first name, last name, street, city, etc.

If you want delivery to a different address, tick “Ship to a different address” and enter your shipping address there.

You can also leave us an order note (e.g., special requests or instructions).

Please make sure your details are correct so your parcel arrives without delays. 📦

5️⃣ Review & place your order

Finally, you’ll see a full overview of your order.

Check that everything is correct and confirm that you have read our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Then click “Place order” — and you’re done!

✅ Order confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all details.

If you’d like to change anything afterwards, just reply to the email or call us at +420 604 196 373.

💡 Tip

If you create an account, you can track your orders more easily and your details will be saved for next time. Of course, you can also order without an account.
